by Breathwork Bali

The Yoga House welcomes Breathwork Bali to Singapore.

Breathwork Bali envisions a world where breath stands as a mirror to life. Self-regulation and intrinsic power are within everyone's grasp. Their mission is to weave the world's premier breathwork practitioner network, offering a transformative practice, underpinned by safety, balance, and a rigorous scientific approach.

A school with a team of experienced facilitators, Breathwork Bali is bringing its transformative power of breathwork to Singapore.

These unique journeys promote an increase in capacity, resilience, focus and clarity through a guided active breathing and meditation practice. The modality, which uses a looped breath, leads to new depths of awareness.

Join Breathwork Bali to explore the incredible potential of breath and embark on a journey of personal growth and well-being.

More about the Breathwork Modality

Breathwork Bali is facilitating a pioneering approach to breathwork, designed to bolster human capacity and resilience. Participants will be guided to let go of using their minds to control their breath through a facilitated focus on where breath is or can flow in the body, and where it is restricted, by using technical bodywork, movement, and verbal cues.

By reaching a state in which one is both consciously aware and subconsciously breathing, the facilitator assists the participant to allow the body to experience different breath patterns. These patterns are thought to be linked to specific emotions and events, and the act of processing what the body yields in a breathwork session can result in new realisations and insights.
