Diana’s journey with yoga has been transformative throughout her years of practice. With over 10 years of teaching experience, she felt called to delve deeper into the maternal aspect of yoga, supporting women through pregnancy and childbirth. Diana is currently enhancing her knowledge as she completes her Childbirth Educator certification, further strengthening her ability to guide and support families. Her nurturing approach creates a safe, empowering space, offering solace and guidance during this transformative time. Diana’s classes foster a deep sense of community and well-being, extending beyond the mat.
