    Merdin’s classes are both strong and nurturing, offering plenty of opportunities to challenge the mind and physical body. Her sequences are designed to build strength and flexibility, and encourages her students to give anything a go in order to find their own unique experience of the practice.

    Amenda's classes focus on the foundation of each posture, encouraging students to progress step by step. Her sequence helps the body to be more flexible and energetic, allowing students to experience the wholesome changes that yoga brings to their physique.

  • Beverley Ang

    Beverley’s classes offer space for her students to explore and expand their perception of the mind and body. Practicing and sharing her yoga practice has given Beverley the opportunity and capacity to love herself and others more. Her goal is to enable her students to do the same, to grow together through self-enquiry and discovery.

  • Joanne Ang

    Joanne combines her love for movement and anatomy to create a deeper understanding of the mind and body, guiding alignment as an access point for exploration of perspectives through practice. She endeavours to cater to unique and diverse needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for her students.

  • Paris Lim

    With a strong background in dance, Paris weaves purposeful sequencing, dynamic transitions and fluid movement to create a deep awareness and understanding of the mind and body. Her graceful demeanour will guide you to a natural state of calm and peace, while staying grounded and steady throughout the practice.

  • Tan Yee Ting

    Yee Ting believes that the yoga practice is both an act of self-love and a path towards self-discovery. She seeks to encourage fellow practitioners to practise in a nourishing manner, by sensing into their body’s needs and letting the heart space guide. Through her classes, she hopes to offer a sense of peace and home to practitioners as they explore the balance between effort and ease on the mat that mirrors the ebb and flow of life.

    Melody believes that Yoga is for everyone. Her classes focus on stability, balance and strength, emphasize on bringing awareness to the breath, mind and body. Yoga is the practice of love - always find the lightness, kindness and sense of calmness in and after her class.
