Partner Prenatal Yoga with Diana, November 15

in collaboration with AIA

Join us for a nurturing partner prenatal yoga session designed to support expectant parents on their journey to parenthood. This gentle class combines the calming benefits of prenatal yoga with the joy of connecting with your partner, creating a peaceful space for wellness, bonding, and preparation for the arrival of your little one.

Partner prenatal yoga is a wonderful practice that strengthens the connection between expectant parents while addressing the physical changes of pregnancy. Please feel free to come with your partner, a family member, or a close friend who will support you during this journey, you'll explore modified poses and partner-assisted stretches that promote comfort, relaxation, and mutual support.

Together, you'll learn breathing techniques useful for labour, practice poses that ease common pregnancy discomforts, and discover hands-on ways your partner can provide physical and emotional support. This is a great opportunity to slow down, connect deeply, and prepare your minds and bodies for the beautiful experience ahead.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and the class is tailored for all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels. Come with an open heart and leave feeling supported, grounded, and connected to both your partner and your growing baby. Light refreshments provided after the class.
