  • This beautiful 1 hour guided meditation will invite you to use gentle breaths to still your mind and body.

    This whole body meditation will give you an understanding of how gentle breathing and being aware of the breaths you take, even just for a few minutes, can have a significant impact on your health...it's a great tool for decreasing anxiety, managing stressful situations, for increasing focus and emotional balance.

    No experience is necessary. You'll start the meditation sitting upright before being invited to lay down, wrap yourself in your blanket and allowing your breath to bring your nervous system to stillness.

    This is perfect for those who want to learn about the natural healing power of their breath and it's something you'll be able to safely replicate at home, for the rest of your life.

    Join Edward Dangerfield, founder of Breathwork Bali and creator of the Faciliated Breath Repatterning technique, for a workshop to explain and explore the power of using awareness and breath.

    This workshop will include:

    • Exploring where your breath naturally moves in the body (and where it doesn’t) and why it matters for health

    • Why efforts to consciously control breathing fails to yield long-term results, and what to do instead

  • Studying at the Breathwork Singapore Training Academy requires patience and humility.

    The Breath Awareness and Resilience (BAR) Learning System is an embodied science: the process is gradual, measured, and in-person. Practitioners learn to resource themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually in order to generously work in the service of others and for the good of all.

    Participation is by invitation only.

    Please book in for an upcoming circle, 1:1, or workshop to indicate your interest to a practitioner.

Please be aware that your ticket is non-refundable; however, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance, without any additional charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before session will not be refunded.

We seek your understanding that we start on time, please make sure to arrive 15 min before the session, as latecomers will not be allowed. Latercomers who are not admitted will be able to reschedule for a $25 rebooking fee.
