Meet the Team

    Edward Dangerfield

Edward first learned about the power of breathwork after being caught in an avalanche and living with PTSD. He is passionate about using breathwork and movement to heal the nervous system. Edward’s insights are based on his decade-long study of breath awareness and body connection, having led more than 10,000 hours of in-person breathwork and trained over 70 practitioners. In addition to breathwork, he is trained in Chinese massage and pressure points, Qi Gong, nerve flossing, biofield therapies, yoga, and meditation. He continues to study modern approaches to anatomy, physiology, neuroscience and developmental patterns.

    Jila Regan

Jila is fully devoted to the breath, drawing on her expertise as a licensed massage therapist and training in craniosacral therapy, ISHTA yoga, and Hakomi somatic pyschotherapy. She is known for bridging the science of the breath with a reverent sense of ceremony, her attuned touch, and weaving her voice and instruments into the sessions.
