Deep Dive into Gokul Yoga with Pearl, May 16

This immersive full-day workshop offers a wider look into the Gokul Yoga practice across two sessions:

Morning session: The Gokul Yoga Krama | 9 to 11.30am

A look into the full sequence of the Gokul Yoga practice. Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations), Ud Krama (Standing Sequence), Ap Krama (Seated Sequence) and Viparita Karani (Inversions), a ground-up approach to fine-tuning the physical instrument for internal practice.

Afternoon session: Bhedanas for Pranayama | 1 to 3pm

There are many aspects to the breath that offer us opportunity to refine our awareness. Alambana means “supporting”; Bhedana means “breath pattern”. Every pranayama has a different set of alambana bhedanas.

Highly recommended for regular practitioners who are keen to deepen understanding of Gokul Yoga, going beyond the surface to explore the full architecture of the practice from the ground up.
