Understanding what is normal when it comes to infant sleep and having the right tools can make the transition into parenthood feel much more manageable. Join us for our Mums & Bubs Yoga + Baby Sleep Workshop, a supportive and practical session designed to help you navigate the early months of motherhood.
This workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported on your journey. Together, you and your baby will enjoy gentle yoga and mindful breathing designed for new mothers, helping to regulate your nervous system and create moments of calm amidst the demands of caring for a baby. Alongside movement, we’ll explore evidence-based infant sleep foundations, helping you better understand your baby’s sleep needs and what is developmentally normal in the early months. You’ll gain practical, realistic strategies to foster healthy sleep habits, while building confidence in responding to your baby’s cues with reassurance and ease.
By bridging the gap between movement and rest, this workshop helps you create a sustainable rhythm for your home, laying the foundation for a more rested, connected, and confident start to parenthood. Leave feeling refreshed, equipped with practical tools and knowledge, and connected to a community of parents walking this transformative journey alongside you.

About Estee
Estee is the founder of Sleepy Sprouts Sleep and a certified pre- and postnatal yoga instructor who has been supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood since 2016.
For many years, yoga was her anchor—a practice that cultivated strength, balance, and mindfulness. But it was becoming a mother that transformed her understanding of wellbeing. While navigating postnatal blues and the relentless exhaustion that comes with caring for a young baby, she realised that mindfulness alone was not enough. Parents also need the restorative power of sleep to truly feel like themselves again.
This experience inspired Estee to expand her work beyond the yoga mat. She trained as a baby and toddler sleep consultant under the mentorship of Zoe Chu, equipping her with evidence-based strategies to help families build healthy, sustainable sleep habits.
Today, Estee brings together two powerful pillars of wellbeing: the calming, nervous-system-regulating practices of yoga and the practical science of sleep. Through her workshops, she creates a supportive space where parents can pause, reconnect with themselves, and gain the tools they need to navigate parenthood with greater confidence, calm, and joy.
Her mission is simple: to help parents move from surviving to thriving, so they can be fully present for both themselves and their families.
