Partner Yoga with Paris for Mental Wellness Month, October 18
in collaboration with AIA
Join us for a special partner yoga session this October in celebration of World Mental Health Day. This unique class brings together the physical benefits of yoga with the emotional support of connecting with others, creating a nurturing space for mental wellness and community.
Partner yoga is a beautiful practice that encourages trust, communication, and shared presence. Please feel free to come with a friend, or meet a new practice partner in class and explore supportive poses that require cooperation and mutual support – a powerful reminder that we don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Come with an open heart and leave feeling supported, grounded, and connected. Refreshments provided after the class.
AIA is proud to support mental health awareness and community wellness initiatives that help people live healthier, longer, better lives.

About Paris
Paris started dancing at a young age of 7, which has led Paris to pursue her Diploma in Dance at LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore. After suffering an unforeseen injury during her second year of study, Paris became convinced to look for movement practices that would aid in the rehabilitation of her injury. Yoga became that practice.
Paris began to find joy in movement again, allowing her to become both stronger and flexible as a result of her daily practice. To Paris, her biggest reward from yoga is when she is teaching. Helping her students achieve their goals through consistent progression is her mission as a teacher and fellow yogi.
