I S T H I S Y O U?
You've been practicing for a while.
You understand movement. You've built some consistency.
But you can feel there is more to what you're doing.
Your own practice has plateaued, or the people you work with return with the same patterns. You're not looking for another method. You're looking for a deeper understanding of how the body works — and a structure you can rely on.
This training gives you that.

Common questions
Is the training physically demanding?
It involves daily movement, but it is not athletic. Most adults with normal mobility can complete it. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before enrolling.
How much time does Phase One require?
Around 4–6 hours per week for the online phase, including live sessions, self-practice, and theory. Phase Two is full days: 9am – 6pm. Both phases must be completed for certification.
Can I really learn Qigong online?
Phase One builds your theoretical foundation and introduces the movement systems through guided self-practice. Phase Two is where those systems are taught, corrected, and refined in person with Peter. The two phases are designed to work together — each one supports the other.
Do I need prior Qigong experience?
No. The training is structured to support both complete beginners and experienced practitioners. What matters most is genuine interest and commitment to consistent practice.
