Gokul Yoga Sādhana with Pearl, Mar - May 2026
Gokul Yoga, as taught by Mahayogi Gokulacandra Das, is based on the transformative elements of Thinking, Feeling and Willing (cintayanti, bhava and vasana). A system of Ha and Tha energetical locks (bandhas) draws the yoga practitioner inward, to approach Asana (physical poses) on a Prana (energetical) level. This refines one’s awareness by aligning Asana from inside out to facilitate a deep and meditative yoga practice grounded in tradition.
