Chiang Mai Yoga Retreat with Paris, July 31 - August 4
Join us for a 5D4N retreat in Chiang Mai as we explore the delicate balance of abhyasa and vairagya - the twin pillars of sustained practice and conscious letting go. We will delve into this concepts through our asana practice, and mindfully integrating its wisdom into our daily activities. Set among the organic gardens and serene mountain landscape of Mala Dhara, this retreat invites you to discover the art of showing up with dedication while releasing attachment to outcomes, experiencing how these complementary forces can create harmony in both your practice and your approach to living.

About Paris
Paris started dancing at a young age of 7, which has led Paris to pursue her Diploma in Dance at LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore. After suffering an unforeseen injury during her second year of study, Paris became convinced to look for movement practices that would aid in the rehabilitation of her injury. Yoga became that practice.
Paris began to find joy in movement again, allowing her to become both stronger and flexible as a result of her daily practice. To Paris, her biggest reward from yoga is when she is teaching. Helping her students achieve their goals through consistent progression is her mission as a teacher and fellow yogi.
